The decor needs an upgrade—paint splatters on the walls and cramped furniture layouts can be distracting!!! Shower hot water cut out mid-use. very inconvenient!!! Consider fixing sewer smell from closed bathroom windows!!!

the breakfast is hardly worth its outrageous price—what a disappointment. I was also perplexed when I didn’t get an upgrade for my 8-night stay. I mean, a little special treatment would have been nice. the only bright spot was the staff, but that definitely doesn't make up for these shortcomings. I just couldn't give a good review.

Spent 8 nights in an Executive Room with fantastic value. The room was always spotless, making for a comfortable stay. The friendly staff provided excellent service and were incredibly helpful. A city view from my room added a lovely touch to my mornings, making the experience even more enjoyable.
